We understand that video records can be more sensitive than audio records. We may strip the visual element out of the files you send us for video transcription for several reasons:

Costs of video transcription
There is a nominal fee for stripping the video from a file if you wish to have it transcribed in that way. However, generally video transcription entails the same work as audio transcription, and is charged at the same rates.
