IT Infrastructure Network & Systems Engineer

Brett has close to 40 years of experience in IT with 30 of those years in IT Management. Before joining Legal Transcripts, Brett led the IT/Bioinformatics Team for the Australian Proteome Analysis Facility (APAF) which has been a leader in developing proteomic technologies for the Australian Scientific Community. Brett will rely on his expertise in IT management to continue build on Legal Transcripts solid and robust IT infrastructure purposed to provide a reliable and stable recording and transcription production environment he is responsible for ensuring that the network and robust infrastructure can be relied upon by the production team to remain fully operational at all times and that all security protocols and policies are adhered to. As well as ensuring Legal Transcripts continuously keeps abreast of the newest and latest technology that continues to evolve in the recording and transcription industry. Brett supports our 200 plus staff, located in our offices and remotely Australia wide.

Amanda has been with Legal Transcripts since 2013. Amanda manages our contracts at a national level. As a qualified lawyer, Amanda has a great passion for the legal industry and brings her knowledge, experience and professionalism to the role. She understands the court's needs, processes, and the importance of a quality transcript whilst ensuring that deadlines are met. She has strong communication, customer relations and technical expertise in order to advise clients and provide continuing development for the company. Her knowledge of the in court/online technologies and methodologies enables her to provide consultations that offers a seamless experience for our clients.

Accountant

Marco Scalora started employment at Legal Transcripts’ in 2014. Marco ensures the compliancy of the taxation requirements of the business as well as key administrative functions in the company, Marco oversees accounts receivable and accounts payable, employee entitlements, payroll, and all financial reporting duties. He also provides analysis of the business' financials that provide key advice with respect to estimates for various project funding. Working closely with the Director and the Financial Controller, Marco also ensures that regulations and legislative obligations are met by the company. Marco’s responsibilities further extend to administering and managing financial audits, ensuring the compliance of regulations and legislative obligations for the business operations and taxation as required by law.

Anthea Doukelis has been with Legal Transcripts since 2014 and with over twenty years of experience in the financial sector Anthea provides a bridge between management and accounting, Anthea’s role is to analyse the company's accounting records and data, evaluate and manage risks with business projects. Her knowledge of the operations of the business allows her to provide accurate professional opinions and advice about long-term financial planning. Anthea also assist Marco to ensure that regulations and legislative obligations are met by the company.
